EOA, Inc., is a multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm providing a broad range of environmental and public health engineering client services. EOA was formed in 1985 by Don Eisenberg and Adam Olivieri, registered professional engineers with doctoral degrees in public health and civil engineering. Together they have over 40 years of environmental engineering and regulatory experience working in government, at the University of California, and in the private sector.
The principals maintain close working relationships with the University of California, Berkeley, School of Public Health, and with the Public Health Institute. The Public Health Institute is a non-profit institution for public health research and education. These relationships allow EOA ready access to current research and technical information that can be applied to on-going projects.
